P. Mohan, it seems you are fond of assupmtions. So, let me have the luxury of presenting a few of mine without being personal
Firstly, your ability to shoot comments about people's apparent psychological state, at blitzkreig speed likely through a broadband connection, while remaining cushioned in state-of-the-art ergonomically designed chair in an air-conditioned environment, MAY be remotely attributed to the so called SENSELESS OPENING UP OF INDIAN ECONOMY!!!!
Secondly its human nature to react only when struck (remember "Response to Stimuli")
Thirdly an economy cannot grow on the basis of INFRASTRUCTURE alone.
And a few inferences......
* Its not the law which is lacking but the implementation.
* You love the color..... RED!
