I am Avinash Gowardhan.Recently retired from Coal India Limited as Dy.G.M.(Sales & Marketing).During service I dealt with Fuel Supply Agreements with SEBs (State Electricity Boards),Transportation Agreements with Indian Railways and number of Agreements with small Units using Coal as Fuel.Had a chance to work with "Clifford Chance" while negotiating Fuel Supply Agreement with Hinduja National Power Corporation and Reliance Mega power project in Orissa (India).
Would love to interact with those dealing with Fuel Supply Agreements,Power Purchase Agreements.
