Hi, this is Deepika. Though a good part of my working life has been about helping people find jobs, today I find myself exploring the training canvas besides the world of indian contemporary art and writing. Since I believe my work has to be form of expression for me, I have chosen to work independently throughout.
Am close to identifying experiential learning in an outdoor environment as my niche. I believe no human can 'train' another human per se ... he/she can only help facilitate a learning, hand holding the other to the answers which lie within ... and what better place to 'awaken' than the glorious outdoors?
Am on this network to educate myself since I'm ignorant of the legal laws and privileges that protect me. I shall simply attempt to read and absorb from here ... and will probably throw up questions as and when I feel a need to probe further.
