Would appreciate member reactions to a concept I've been propounding .... the time for Functional super-specialists, the ultimate CxO's to participate in the development of SME's on a time-sharing / organisational multiplexing model. I've been doing it myself for the last 3 years, as an 'Out Sourced CFO' and its been the most satisfying period of my career .... reactions ?
